ColabGames is the data controller for personal data processed through ChessGuess and related online services.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: username and encrypted credentials (hash + salt).
• Google login data: Google identifier and basic profile data when Google sign-in is used.
• Gameplay data: rating, match stats, match history, and unlocked avatars.
• Technical data: connection and security logs (rate limits, sessions).
• Purchase data: hashed Google Play purchase tokens used for supporter reward verification.

3. Purposes

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide multiplayer, matchmaking, and leaderboards.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• Verify in-app purchases on Google Play.
• Improve service stability and game balance.

4. Legal Basis

Data is processed to provide the requested service and under legitimate interest for security, abuse prevention, and service maintenance.

5. Retention

Data is retained while the account is active. If account deletion is requested, personal data is removed or anonymized within technical processing time.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by essential service providers (hosting, database, Google Play Billing, Google Sign-In).

You can request access, rectification, deletion, or restriction of your data by contacting official support.
