Delete Account Request

This page is designed to be used as the account deletion URL in store consoles.

How to request deletion

To delete your account go your profile click on settings and click the delete button. Then press confirm.

Timeframe

Requests are handled within 30 days after requester identity verification.

What is deleted

• User account and associated credentials.
• Player profile, stats, and personal match history linked to the account.
• Google login association, if present.

What may be retained for technical or legal obligations

• Minimum temporary security logs used for abuse prevention.
• Data required to handle purchase disputes.
